Sujeet Kumar is an LLB from Faculty of Law, Delhi University, A Science Graduate with over two decades of professional experience of which majority in the Real Estate Sector with various giants like –Ireo, Puri, Central Park, BPTP, and MET (formerly RHSEZ). Sujeet has a proven ability in assisting an organization in achieving business plan objectives and sustainable performance improvement through people, by successfully developing and implementing effective actions. Over the years he has established himself as a great contributor in all areas of litigation, drafting, liaising, Licensing, land-related issues, and core operations, etc. while playing various roles of both operational and strategic in nature. Sujeet possesses incisive legal and business acumen coupled with strong organizational and management abilities with an excellent sense of judgment to strategize and evolve. A dedicated and detailoriented person with strong interpersonal and participatory skills, Sujeet is extremely passionate about his job.
In his new assignment as Chief Operating Officer of Lion Infradevelopers, Sujeet, in very close coordination with Jatin Lohia, will be looking after the entire gamut of business, including investments, land acquisition, licensing and compliance requirements, driving the sales and marketing strategy and overall organization building.
